Hi Andersen Families!
The Andersen PTA is excited for what promises to be a fun-filled year for you and your kids! In addition to supporting Andersen’s amazing teachers and staff, PTA has some great programs and events planned throughout the year.
We look forward to kicking things off with the return of our annual Jogabunga Jogathon. We are thrilled to announce that we will be partnering with Boosterthon again. On November 2nd, Boosterthon will kick off a fun program that is filled with new content and motivational resources to get the kids ready to fundraise and run on November 10th at Jogabunga!
Jogabunga is PTA’s biggest fundraiser and we hope with your support we can raise much needed funds to: pay for library books, school assemblies and field trip expenses; provide programs like Art Masters, Battle of the Books, and Recess Art; and put on events such as Big Friday, the school play, STEAM Night, and the Year-End Carnival. Andersen’s PTA is only able to provide support for our children and the school’s wonderful programs and events with your donations, which we greatly appreciate.
If you would like to help the PTA support Andersen and its students, now is the time. In recognition of your support, we will include your family’s name or the name of your business on this year’s Jogabunga event t-shirt and PTA banner if you donate $100 or more by Thursday, September 29 (anything received after this date cannot be included on Jogabunga marketing materials). Please use the Jogabunga sponsorship form to submit your family’s or business’ donation.
